與家庭關係相比，要在友情中獲得樂趣相較容易，因為朋友  是可以選擇的  ,  我們可以根據自己的興趣、相輔相成的目標來選擇朋友與朋友相處時，不需要改變自己；朋友會讓我們的自我感覺更為強烈，而不會企圖改變我們。
